Position Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for the content selection on our radio station broadcast. Ensures the advertising and promotional content of our radio stations is produced to a high standard to meet the requirements of the station and our clients.

• Oversee workload and operation of our radio stations’ production, recording, on air studios and associated broadcasting equipment.
• Approve, schedule and monitor recording sessions for commercials and other paid programming; ensure recordings are archived appropriately.
• Work with a diverse clientele to produce ads and promotions within scheduling deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical broadcast and recording issues.
• Bring together key staff and talent which will become production team involved in the creation of promotional projects; manage performance issues.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, demonstrate initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of the Inland Empire Spanish language market and the demographics of our listening audience.
• Excellent bi-lingual communication skills (English/Spanish), particularly the ability to meet the needs of clients and work collaboratively with our sales team.
• Ability to work with hosts, producers, On Air Personality, Talent and agents and build strong relationships with key contact people.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate broadcasting equipment and software.
• Solid knowledge of Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment, meet tight deadlines, handle numerous requests and respond to changing needs without becoming flustered or overwhelmed.
• Bachelor degree in Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Communications preferred, or related hands on experience.
• Ability to work weekends, overnights, holidays and special promotional events as needed.
