This is a FULL-TIME, 40 hour per week position Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and is the leader of first impressions with our clients, guests, and vendors. The ideal Receptionist is an outgoing, dedicated, hardworking team player and should be positive, friendly and approachable. Responsible for answering main phone lines and make referrals for several KKLA networks. Must have a professional business appearance, and handle incoming calls with a clear, pleasant speaking voice. Must be detail oriented, have excellent attendance and punctuality. Requires someone willing to learn in a fast-paced environment with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Perform general office tasks as needed, with 2+ year’s related experience. Some office duties include coordinating office luncheons and meetings, processing invoices and expense reports, filing, ordering and maintaining coffee/office supplies.
