Experience needed: Basic Qualifications • At least 5 years working in a media company • A proven understanding of marketing strategy, including campaign development, creative process, budget management, and ROI analysis • Skilled in social media comprehension and execution across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with tight deadlines • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Required Education • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication arts, or new media or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Description:
The Marketing Manager assists the Marketing Director in the development of overall marketing and advertising strategies in promotion of ESPNLA Audio. He/she will also contribute to maintaining the awareness and engagement of the overall ESPNLA brand by leading marketing, digital and social campaigns and managing projects in a creative environment.

Title: Marketing Manager, Audio

Responsibilities
• Develop targeted, performance-based marketing plans for various content and platform priorities
• Spearhead and manage the creation of key art, topical promotions, radio, digital, social deliverables and more
• Coordination with show producers to identify content, promotion of guests, BTS content, etc. to drive engagement and listenership to ESPNLA 710AM
• Execution of strategic initiatives including: company priority initiatives, sales executions, on-air promotions and promotional events
• Work internally with Sales and Programming to develop multi-platform sponsorship programs and recap campaigns
• Maintain direct relationships across internal departments and serve as day-to-day contact/project manager for all specific marketing initiatives
• Develop digital and social content for our radio play-by-play partners: Lakers, Rams, USC and LAFC
• Trains part-time staff on creation of promotional event creative, copy writing and video editing
• Sports take place on nights, weekends and holidays – and those shifts will be regular and required
