Miles Sexton Chief Financial Officer/Chief Development Officer

Point Broadcasting, LLC

Miles Sexton is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer for Point Broadcasting LLC which owns and operates 24 commercial radio stations in Southern and Central California. Mr. Sexton also serves as President of each of the 5 divisions that operate the stations in the various markets. Prior to his current position Mr. Sexton was the Chief Operating Officer of Point Broadcasting LLC. Mr. Sexton has also held executive management positions at the Merrill Lynch Media Group for nine years and CBS Radio Inc. for ten years. Mr. Sexton has also served on executive boards of several non-profit organizations such as Ventura County Food Share, presently serves as a founding board member of Abolish Slavery Now and his current position as Vice-Chairman for the Southern California Broadcasters Association. Miles is a summa cum laude graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a BA degree in Broadcasting and completed all course work for an MA degree in Mass Communications/Marketing. He is also a graduate of the CBS Inc. School of General Management. Miles is married with three daughters and has been long time members of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Ventura.

Kevin LeGrett President, Los Angeles & West Division

iHeartMedia

Kevin currently oversees Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin as Southwest President of I Heart Media. He also leads the marketing team for all iHeart Media special events and oversees the iHeart Media Theater in Burbank. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Kevin was Senior Vice President- Operations and was responsible for 46 regional markets for then Clear Channel Radio as well as a previous management role as Market Manager for CCR in Rochester, NY. Prior to joining iHeart Media, Kevin served as President of Citadel Broadcasting from 2003-2010 and was also Vice President/Market Manager for Infinity Broadcasting from 1998-2003. Kevin currently serves as Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Southern California Broadcasting Association and is a member of the Board of Trustees at McQuaid Jesuit High school. Kevin is married and has three children.

Terry Fahy Western Region Vice President

Salem Media Group

Terry Fahy began his broadcasting career with Antares Broadcasting in Santa Barbara. Since 1982 Terry has served in a variety of roles with Salem Media Group: Ventura/Oxnard (GM), LA (GSM, GM) and currently is the Western Region Vice President for Salem Media Group and oversees Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, Ventura and San Diego. He currently serves as Board Chair for the California Broadcasters Association as well as the executive board of the Southern California Broadcasting Association. Terry Fahy is married with two adult sons who are attorneys in Southern California and twin grandsons.

Melissa Forrest President

 iHeartMedia | San Diego

In the past 15 years, her career path has taken her from: Clear Channel Detroit as Director of Sales; Entercom Seattle as VP/General Manager; Entercom Austin as VP/Market Manager; Clear Channel Atlanta as Market President; iHeartMedia San Diego as Market President; to iHeartMedia San Diego/Riverside Region as President. Melissa holds the following honors: Radio Ink's 100 Most Influential Women in Radio 2015, 2016, and 2017; The San Diego Business Journal's San Diego 500 Influential Business Leaders 2016; and Radio Ink's Best Managers in Radio 2014 and 2016. Currently, Melissa serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Fire Rescue Foundation and is an Officer on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Broadcasters Association and Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank. Melissa holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing, Management from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

Sabina Widmann President/Regional Radio General Manager

Univision Communications | San Diego

Sabina Widmann oversees operations of Univision Communication Inc.’s radio stations in Las Vegas, San Diego and McAllen. Widmann first joined Univision in 2005 as an Account Executive, and her trajectory within the Company led her to be a National Account Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President, General Manager for Univision San Diego. Widmann currently is the VP, Regional General Manager over San Diego, Las Vegas and McAllen. In addition to the SCBA executive board position, Widmann represents Univision as a Board member of the Radio Advertising Bureau and was recently named one of 2017’s Best Managers by Radio Ink.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Marine Affairs & Fishery Management from the University of Washington as well as Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. Sabina Widmann has two daughters.

Jeff Federman Market Manger & Regional President

Entercom | Southern California

Jeff Federman has over 30 years of radio experience in Southern California starting his career in San Diego before coming to Los Angeles in 1995. He has held various roles within radio stations including; Marketing Director, Account Executive, General Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Market Manager. He has spent the last four years as Market Manager and Regional President for Entercom Southern California. Jeff is also a successful entrepreneur having co-founded three technology companies in the digital and credit card-linking space. Two of those companies he saw through to acquisition and remains an advisor to the third.

Chris Fleming Executive Vice President

El Dorado Broadcasters

Chris Fleming is the Executive Vice President of El Dorado Broadcasters, with radio stations serving the markets of Victor Valley, California and Yuma, Arizona. He also serves as the General Manager of the Victor Valley and Yuma.   

Mr. Fleming relocated to California in June of 2020 from West Lafayette, Indiana where he was Executive Vice President at Neuhoff Media.  He also served as the General Manager of the Neuhoff Media radio stations in Lafayette, Indiana.   Mr. Fleming also served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Broadcasters Association as Radio/Vice Chair.

 Previously, Mr. Fleming served as the Chief Revenue Officer/General Manager for Ramar Communications, in Lubbock, Texas, where worked for 10 years.

Chris grew up in Massachusetts. He graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY with a degree in Communications and a minor in Central and Eastern European History. Chris is certified as an expert in media and marketing by the Radio Advertising Bureau.  He is a graduate of the NAB’s Executive Development Program at Georgetown University and served on the RAB’s Small Market Advisory Committee.

Otto Padron President & COO

Meruelo Media

Otto Padron is President and COO of Meruelo Media, the fastest growing Minority owned Media Company in California.  Otto’s mass media experience and leadership vision have been instrumental in the expansion of Meruelo Media.  Before joining the Meruelo Media family, Otto was the Senior Vice President of Programming of the Spanish language Univision Television Network, leading the Network to become one of the most watched TV Networks in the US, regardless of language. Otto is a Colonel with over 37 years of military service in the US Army Reserve.  He’s an Infantry officer with a distinguished service record in some of the most demanding active duty units in the Army.  Today, he is the Deputy Division Commander of the 91st Training Division in Fort Hunter-Liggett, California.

Otto is a member of the world-famous Hollywood Chamber of Commerce board and is also the Vice President Commissioner on the City of Los Angeles Convention Center and Tourism Development Board.  He is married to Mexican actress, Angelica Vale and has four children.  He holds a double Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications and Economics from the University of Miami, Coral Gables and is a Worlds Ahead Graduate of Florida International University’s Chapman School of Business and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
